Green Salad with Orange Dressing

Simple salad with a fresh orange juice dressing.

Ingredients (serve 2)
1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce
100g  Fresh Spinach
1   Orange
2 Tablespoon of  Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled egg
A dash of pepper and salt

  • Wash the vegetables and set aside. 
  • Keep the vegetables in refrigerator for 30 minute or more for crunchiness.  
  • Prepare the dressing by squeezing the orange juice and mix with the rest of ingredients. 
  • Arrange the vegetables and boiled egg on a plate, pour some dressing and serve chilled.
