Intake of vinegar is said to be very benefit to health. According to the research, taking vinegar constantly can be result in reducing stress, cold prevention, lower cholesterol and high blood pressure, beautiful skin, water retention, hang over and so on. 



The most popular 3 kinds of intake vinegars are black vinegar, apple vinegar, and moromi vinegar.There may be a question that  only taking vinegar can really have diet effect. As indicated by research, it can reduce from 1kg to 8 kg in 2 months. The result may be slow but it only not reduce the weight but also many health benefits as mentioning above. 

The method to drink vinegar is very simple. It's recommended to take before meals because the body can absorb the fat better. Be careful to dilute well otherwise it can irritate the stomach. 

Recipe
30ml vinegar (apple vinegar or black vinegar is recommended) 
400 ml water
30 ml honey 

Chill well before drinking. 
Method:
Take 3 times a day before or after meal. Alternative way is to add the vinegar to juice but be careful of the sugar and calorie in the juice. It's also suggested to take vinegar as a salad dressing simply mix 1:1 ration or 2:1 of oil and vinegar for a light salad dressing. Adjust the taste with little salt and pepper.
