Nan Gyi Thoke is a noodle salad mixed in a chicken gravy with many other ingredients which is eaten as a breakfast, lunch or a snack. Nan Gyi simply refers to the thick round noodle and Thoke literally means mixed through. In Myanmar, Noodles come in different sizes and shape like round or flat.
