Eggplant and Meat Sauce Gratin

Eggplant and Meat Sauce Grating is an easy, flavorful, and cheesy dish to prepare. If you love cheese I am sure you will definitely love this dish. Tomato meat sauce in a melted cheese with tender eggplant goes very well with french bread. A perfect dish to go with a glass of wine in an Autumn when the temperature starts to cool.


Ingredients ( servings 2) 

1 pack of meat sauce (for 1 serving size)
4 medium eggplants
1 green bell pepper
 60g cheese
1 tablespoon of olive
Little black pepper

Ingredients: Meat sauce, cheese, eggplant and green bell pepper.

1.Wash eggplant well and cut to round size. Heat olive oil and grill the eggplant until becoming soft.
2. Place the eggplant in the bottom layer, add meat sauce over it, top with cut bell pepper and finally top the cheese. Sprinkle little black pepper over it (Add some boiled Macaroni at the bottom layer as an option)  Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Ready to serve Eggplant and Meat sauce Gratin with Seafood Green Salad.
