Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea with Honey.

Ginger Tea is a delicious beverage with nice aroma and very refreshing. Beside, Ginger Tea also contains many nutritional and health benefits. Ginger helps to prevent from catching a cold, digestive problems, improve inflammation, improve blood circulation, relieve menstrual cramp  and many more. Recent research says that ginger also  effective in weight loss. In Japan, ginger tea is very popular among women for warming up, and diet purpose. Keep warm with a refreshing ginger tea.

 


Ingredients ( 2-3 servings)

1 (70g) fresh ginger root
5 cubes brown sugar
600ml water


Fresh ginger and brown sugar

Wash ginger well, slice it, and put it into a pot with water. Bring water to boil and simmer it on a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add more water if you find the ginger taste is too strong. Add brown sugar to liking or add honey before serving.
