Tanita's Recipe - Healthy Dinner 500kcal

Bambo rice, Grilled Ayu fish, Salad, Side dishes and Soup.
          A healthy diet is essential for everyone in life. These days I have been cooking healthier dinner following Tanita's recipes. Tanita is a corporation which introduces  a set menu of 500kcal at their cafeteria and later on published a recipe book. Their book becomes very popular and rank best seller. Now the  restaurant is open to a public in Maruno Uchi Station,Tokyo. The tips on the menu include a lot of vegetables, less meat and rice. The flavors taste light, less oil or almost no oil at all. Most of the main dish will be baked lean meat or fish dishes. Today I am uploading the collection of my 500kcal dinner.  

Baked Salmon Steak

Baked Salmon Steak is a very healthy and easy dish to prepare. Salmon is considered to be one of the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acid and contained many other more health nutrition. It's tasty whether to serve as raw, marinade, salad or steak. If you love Salmon you definitely will enjoy a Baked Salmon Steak. A perfect moist and soft Salmon flavored with butter, garlic and lemon. Serve with salmon fried rice, avocado salad and corn soup.

Vegetables Curry

Vegetables curry is an Indian popular curry which is easy and quick to prepare for one dish meal. Importantly it's very healthy, light and delicious. A rich taste of curry with the fragrant of spices, creamy taste of coconut milk, and tender vegetables is a healthy comfort food in cold winter. Serve with steamed  rice or Naan.
