Baked Salmon Steak

Baked Salmon Steak is a very healthy and easy dish to prepare. Salmon is considered to be one of the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acid and contained many other more health nutrition. It's tasty whether to serve as raw, marinade, salad or steak. If you love Salmon you definitely will enjoy a Baked Salmon Steak. A perfect moist and soft Salmon flavored with butter, garlic and lemon. Serve with salmon fried rice, avocado salad and corn soup.

 Ingredients ( servings 2)

500g of salmon fillets
1 tablespoon of butter
1 clove garlic (grated)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Little grated black pepper
Little salt

1. Wash salmon well, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cut to 4 pieces. Melt the butter and mix with the lemon juice, pour over the Salmon, sprinkle with grated garlic, pepper and salt. Marinate the salmon for at least 15 minutes or more. Add grated lemon zest for a nice aroma.

2. Preheat oven at 180 C, put the Salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, and bake the Salmon for 13 minutes. (or if you want crispy outside and juicy, grill it on a frying pan with lid on for10 minutes
